As a graphic designer, I have been working within the industry both freelance and in-house for over 10 years now with a specialty in branding and marketing design. I have produced work for local businesses, as well as names like the Korean Cultural Centre UK (KCCUK) in London and KBS Network. I have also produced logos for several Korean pop bands.
I am very experienced in design production for both print and digital output. My design skills also extend across the whole Adobe Creative suite with illustration, photo retouching, video editing and more.
At my current employer, DC Thomson & Co Ltd, I have worked on a variety of different design projects, though our team's main output is creating print and digital ads for company customers. Alongside the main bread and butter tasks, I have also created design work for events - such as for The Courier Business Awards and Energy Voice's Net Zero events, social media content, advertorial and newspaper supplements, design work for company proposals and branding projects.
I worked alongside then-CEO Ellis Watson and charity CEO Susan Duncan to create the dynamic branding for their charity Breakthrough. I have done many social media assets for both internal and external customers. Internally, I have created work for Pure Radio, Kingdom FM and several magazine titles - such as Scots Magazine.
I have a very flexible design style and take pride in my ability to tune into the right look for a customer, or to seamlessly create work in a brand's existing style.
